We want you to have a rewarding and safe experience in all of our hotels. For this reason, we have developed the SB SAFE PROGRAM, which incorporates strict hygiene measures and safety protocols to protect you and us from COVID-19.
Some of our measures include:
- Hygienic safety kit upon arrival of guests (mask, hydroalcoholic gel and disinfecting wipe)
- Protection screens in Reception and Restaurants
- Redistribution of spaces in all common areas to guarantee social distancing measures
- Increased frequency in cleaning of common areas
- Cleaning of rooms according to the 5 HTA protocol, which aims to completely disinfect the contact points of greatest risk
- Disinfection of room keys
- All employees undergo daily temperature controls, at the beginning and at the end of the working day
- Use of safe and health-friendly hospital grade cleaning products
- Adjustments in the air conditioning system to ensure constant air renewal
